Trident Energy Power Plant
The name Trident was selected by the inventors of the process used by the Trident Energy Power Plant. The
technology as it symbolizes “Tri” meaning “three” as this system uses three levels of renewable resources in
the application.
Although the actual properties are water and sun, through these two agents another is born. Steam!
Sun and water resources have been the cornerstone of technology since the beginning of time and have been
effective although rudimentary in application for energy generation for hundreds of years. Even today when
each resource is used independently it does not maximize the potential of energy that can be generated, nor
remove all environmental impacts.
The Trident technology, process and application using renewable resources has developed a solution by taking
both the positive and negative aspects of each resource, in merging them into a collective design and separate
qualities. Environmental free, independent of dams, rivers, lakes or ecological impacts of any kind to habitats.
The Trident Energy Power Plant and the 21st Century will revolutionize the power industry worldwide.
The searching of creating is found within oneself. The vision of combining the three most powerful forces in
the world, providing unlimited amounts of energy once visualized and connected together, form an energy
system that is in harmony with our world.
The base 5,200 m w Trident Energy Power Plant will cost $1,038,723,849.
Added cost to produce (2) million gallons of hydrogen per hour 24 hours per day from sea water is $500,000,000.
Added cost to produce (2) million gallons of steam distilled drinking water per hour, 24 hours per day is
$300,000,000.
Other costs $100,000,000.
A total of 2.2 Billion dollars.
We wish to state at this time that Trident Energy Power intends to do the following:
We want to let the Investors know that the project may now be financed in a way that will allow the Investor or
investors to keep the money (a minimum of 100 million dollars )
in their personal account, without risk)
Trident Energy Power will now build two (2) power plants at the same time. One in Texas and the other in
Georgia.
As today's distribution system is so outdated, we will also be building an underground transmission system that
will deliver the electricity throughout the United States.
Are intention is to produce over 104 gigawatt's of electricity each day. The Trident Energy Power Plant is
capable of doing so.
It should be noted that a gigawatt of electricity is equivalent of providing electricity for about 600,000
households.
TRIDENT ENERGY POWER HAS FOUND IT'S CAPITAL FOR BOTH POWER PLANTS AND THE
UNDERGROUND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM.
The Trident Energy Power Plant Financial Schedule
* All investors should know the below information is based upon operating 24 hours a day times 365 days a
year. Any deviation from this schedule will effect the outcome of the amount earned at the end of the year.
Trident Energy Power is a private company and no stock is issued. Investors will be given an opportunity to
invest in a manner that will benefit each and every one.
Upon completion of the construction of the 5,200 MW Trident Energy Power Plant for 2.2 billion dollars, Trident
will be offering all investors an opportunity to invest and receive a very substantial return.
*Note: all money received will be put in escrow or moneymaking account until 45 million dollars is reached. At
that time the Turbine will be ordered.
Trident Energy Power, of Texas will form many subsidiaries; each turbine/generator and sub-injection chamber
in line shall be a company in itself and provide each individual investor a substantial return. -Read below.
Although each subsidiary will be a company, there will be rules and guidelines that must be followed:
(1) Subsidiary Companies cannot raise the price of electricity to the electric companies. Only the Parent
Company can raise the rates of electricity and that must be by a unanimous vote of the Board.
(2) All moneys received from the sale of electricity, excluding the 20% to Trident Energy Power will be
returned to the Investors.
(3) Investors will be paying their own tax on the money they receive.
(4) Stock certificates can be transferred only upon notification to the subsidiary company and the
subsidiary company transfers the stock on the books.
(5) Each subsidiary will have its own board members. Trident Energy Power will be allowed to have (1)
person on that board.
(6) Trident Energy Power will have provided long-term contracts for the sale of all electricity for each
company.
Small or Large Investors with total investment of 110,000,000 million dollars per turbine generator/sub station.
Each 1,300 mw Turbine-Generator / Sub injection chamber costs 110,000,000 million dollars to construct and
put on line.
As the Trident Energy Power Plant is one that can be expanded, each turbine/sub injection chamber will
represent a company for investors to invest in. When the amount needed is reached, Trident will insert the
turbine into production.
A 1,300 mw Turbine Generator working 24 hours per day produces 31,200 mw of electricity each day.
Times 7 days = 218,400 mw per week
Times 52 weeks = 11,356,800 mw per year
Times 1,000 =11,356,800,000 kwh per year, sold for 10 cents per kwh with no fuel charge =$1,135,680,000 per
year.
Minus 20 % to Trident Energy Power = $908,544,000 profit for investors per year per Turbine Generator.
In other words, a person investing $1, 000 into a turbine/generator/sub station and upon the end of 1 year after
going on line, and producing the above electricity per day will receive in return approximately $15,142.
Trident Energy Power takes care of all maintenance on equipment.
It should be noted that a 1,500-mw Nuclear power plant costs between 2 and 2 ½ billion dollars to build with
added costs of storage of nuclear material.
